I had my first fever-free day in 5 days today and I basically felt like a million bucks compared to the way I've felt the last week.
There's truly nothing like laying in bed, body shaking with fever and pain, thinking about how you really have to pee but don't have the strength to move to make you appreciate how lucky you are - just to be able to know that you won't always feel like this and you will wake up well to a beautiful family and happy life.
Today I made eggs for Molly, the first day on my feet in almost a week. It felt amazing.
She threw them on the floor - but still, amazing.
